What are the OnPage Presence Color Keys

Contact Icons are color coded to indicate the contacts status of logged out, logged in, or Pager Off.

  1. A green icon indicates the user is Logged In and able to receive messages successfully.

  2. A yellow icon indicates Pager Off. The User has intentionally turned the pager off inside the OnPage application. User is not available to receive messages now.

  3. A red icon indicates Logged Out. User is fully logged out of the OnPage application. User will not receive messages.
