Issue: I am not receiving audible OnPage alerts on my iPhone iOS 13.3.

Steps to remediate:

  1. Click on the blue sprockets in the upper left corner of the OnPage app.

  2. Scroll down to the OnPage version information.

  3. If the version is 6.0.2 you will need to update to version 6.5.200.

  4. To update go to the Apple store on your iPhone.

  5. Search for OnPage and click on update.

 

Updating to the latest version of the OnPage app should restore audible alerts on the iPhone.
