When trying to login or change my password, I get the error "SYSTEM ERROR, PLEASE TRY LATER"

This occurs when a space has been left

  • At the end of the OnPageID
  • At the end of the Password
  • when space is the last character for both OnPageID and password.

This is common when you've copied and pasted a value into either the OnPageID or password fields
