What do I do if the message is stuck and continually alerting me?
- Log out of the app.
- Log into the app (some users may have to reset their passwords in order to log back in).
- If alerts continue, you may need support to clear the "Phantom" Message. Send an email to support@onpagecorp.com with the subject "Clear Phantom Message" your OnPageID in the body. DO NOT call support unless you've already emailed and need us to look at it right away.
- Clearing the message deletes it from our servers and should be considered a last resort. Such requests must always be in writing.
