What do I do if the message is stuck and continually alerting me?


  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Log into the app (some users may have to reset their passwords in order to log back in).
  3. If alerts continue, you may need support to clear the "Phantom" Message. Send an email to support@onpagecorp.com with the subject "Clear Phantom Message" your OnPageID in the body. DO NOT call support unless you've already emailed and need us to look at it right away. 

  • Clearing the message deletes it from our servers and should be considered a last resort. Such requests must always be in writing.
