My iPhone no longer makes the OnPage sound. I get only a normal text tone and then no reminder tones.

This is a bug within iOS. There are 2 ways to resolve this issue, but some users have needed to do both.

  • restart the iPhone
  • Update the iOS version to 10.1 or above
