OnPage app not recieving push notifications until app is open or pull dwon from home screen


1- Uninstall and reinstall the OnPage application.
2- Log out and back into the application.
3- In extremely rare cases Samsung users may see a screen like below.
a. Click on Permissions and allow all.
b. Go Back to the application and you may be asked to log back in.


If you don’t remember your password, please follow the instructions below.
Instructions:

Open OnPage on any smart phone
1. Select “I’m already an OnPage user”
2. Select “Forgot Password” link located below the Login button
3. Enter the OnPage ID for the user and select “Recover Password”
Do not add “@onpage.com” to the OnPage ID
 A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file for that OnPageID
 If you do not receive the password, please check your Junk folder or Spam folder.
