Allow us to share with you some basic troubleshooting that you can try to solve this:

 

Reset all settings.

This will not erase any personal files, it will reset the general settings to the default configuration (e.g. Wi-Fi passwords, lock screen codes, fingerprints, home screen preferences, ringtones, device general notifications, and settings).

 

  1. Settings

  2. System

  3. Reset

  4. Reset all settings

  5. Confirm

 

Wipe cache partition.

This will not erase any personal files, it will get rid of glitches and it will improve the phone’s overall performance.

  1. Turn off the device.

  2. Press and hold the power and volume up buttons until you see the Huawei logo.

  3. Wait 2 seconds and release both buttons.

  4. In the recovery menu tap on Wipe cache partition.

  5. Wait for the process to finish.

  6. Select reboot system now.

 

If the previous troubleshooting steps do not work, you can reset your device to its factory settings. Please, note that this process will erase all its information. We suggest you back up your information before you continue.
