OnPage Administrator Groups

The OnPage Administrator Groups tab allows you to group dispatchers together, making it easy to filter message reports based on the dispatcher groups instead of a single individual sender.

Instructions:

1- Log in to your OnPage enterprise

2- Click on the settings tab

3- Click on the Administrator Groups tab

4- Click on Create Group, assign the group, and submit

5- Select the members to be added to the group

 

*Now, if you go to Message Status under Dispatching Tab, you can filter messages by Dispatcher Group.
