How to give OnPage app access to different notifications on an android device

These steps should be considered if you receive a page but no sound.

1-      Click on settings on your phone

2-      Under Device click on sound and notification

3-      Under notification click on App notifications

4-      Find the OnPage app and Allow notifications, preview in pop-ups are turned on.

5-      Make sure set priority, hide on lock screen and hide content on lock screen are turned off.
