After updating my On-Prem ConnectWise, OnPage integration is not working anymore

You may want to try having restarting your ConnectWise callbacks service on your server. It looks like you may have something blocking the callback from sending out in your Server. Please check the firewall and try and white-list OnPage ConnectWise URL and need to ensure that all SSL traffic can make it through.
