How do I track messages sent from the OnPage Dispatcher Console?

  • The most recent messages sent are displayed at the bottom of the console under Message Status. These messages are categorized by Created Time/Date, Subject, Recipients, Delivered Status, Read Status, Replied Status, Pager Off Status and Escalation.
  •  By Default the most recent messages will appear at the top of the message list.  Older messages will appear on the following pages.
  • The + sign at the right side of each message allows you to view that message in greater detail.
  • Use the search bar above the table in order to find a specific message. 
  • Search by specific Dispatcher or All Dispatchers.
  • Search by messages sent to specific groups or specific contacts.
  • Search by messages sent in a specific date range.
