How do I create an exception changing the recipients and the time frame of an occurrence and extend an existing schedule without affecting the entire schedule?

Previously you could create an exception per occurrence by simply editing and choosing a different recipient only, you were not able to change the exception date and time. You can now create an exception changing the recipients and the time frame of an occurrence and extend an existing schedule.

Exception schedules are presented with stripes and override the existing set schedule.

Instructions to create a schedule exception:

  1. Click on create new schedules.

  2. Select Exception.

  3. Select the recipients.

  4. Select the start dates, end dates, and times.

  5. Choose a recurrence.

  6. Select an end date.
