Using LabTech to automate ConnectWise tickects but the triggers are not being processed by OnPage.

1. Open the ConnectWise Manage plugin and go to File> Run Setup Wizard
2. Your REST Public and Private were highlighted in Red
3. Login to your instance of Manage and go to System> Members> API member and select the LabTech API member
4. Reactivate the LabTech
5. When to the API keys and generated the follow API keys to use in the Manage Plugin:
Public Key: ……
Private Key: ……
6. When back into the Plugin and copy and paste the Keys then select Validate icon.
7. Once, I was completed then I create a Automate service ticket with the ticket category "Offline Server" ( which is mapped to a Priority 1- Critical in Manage)
8. Ticket synced over to Manage (182242) and kept its Priority 1.
