How do I make the alerts on the iPhone app louder

When an alert comes in on OnPage app in my iPhone the audio alert is too low. Turning up the volume does not help.

The solution is to:

  1. In the OnPage app message window go to the upper left and click on the blue sprockets.

  2. Go to the tone selection.

  3. Deselect chime 2 and select chime from the drop-down menu.

  4. The alerts should now be much louder.

In addition, go to the OnPage app Message inbox and click on the speaker icon in the upper right corner of the page. Check the Loud option.
