How do I trigger alerts in ConnectWise after latest ConnectWise update.

After the latest software update in ConnectWise software you will need to make the following changes in order to successfully trigger alerts in OnPage.

  1. You will need to ensure that you remove all invalid URLs from your callbacks.

  2. To check the existing existing URL’s go to System > Members > API Callbacks and filter by Record ID.

  3. The URL column will show your callbacks.

  4. Next check for any invalid callbacks such as just http://.

  5. To remove any of those invalid URL’s go to System > Integrator Login > each logins and check for anything in the callback URLs.

  6. Delete invalid URL’s from there.

  7. If “in the cloud” it should start up right after.

  8. If “on premise” restart the ConnectWise API Callback Service.
