When i am on a Microsoft teams voice call on the iPhone and get an OnPage alert, it mutes the Microsoft teams conversation.

This issue happens because OnPage is designed to take priority on the device and deliver an alert.

Solution:

1- First, read or acknowledge the OnPage alert to stop repeated alerting.

2- In MS teams, click on the three dots at the bottom left corner

Open

3- Select “Put call on hold”

Open

4- Then, select “Resume”
