How do I configure On-Call Reminders?

To configure On-Call reminders at the account level, log into the OnPage web portal and click on the Administration tab.

 

Click on the Handoff tab:

 

To configure reminders at the account level, choose between Never, 60 minutes, or 30 minutes from the   Send On-Call reminder dropdown box.

 

To configure On-Call reminders at the contact level, log into the OnPage web portal and click on the Contacts tab.

Click on All Contacts to view the list of contacts

 

To configure the On-Call reminders for an individual contact double click on the contact to bring up their profile. Next click the Edit button and then select from Always, Never or Only if first On-Call. Lastly select the Priority of High or Low and then click on the Submit button to save your settings.

 

Note; If you select Only if “first on-call” then the On-Call reminder will only go to the first contact in an escalation group or in a Group Schedule.
