How to change OnPage alert tones in Androids and Iphones.

In order to change the ringtone in an iPhone:

  • Step 1: Go to “Settings” on the OnPage application
  • Step 2: Within the “Tones” menu select a tone for Low Priority and High Priority
  • Step 3: Confirm tone selection and press “Done”

In order to change the ringtone in an Android phone:

  • Step 1: Go to the dropdown menu on the OnPage application in the top-left corner
  • Step 2: Within the menu select “General Settings”
  • Step 3: Use the “High Priority” and “Low Priority” tabs to select the tone of your choice

Tip: Avoid using the same tone for Low and High Priority

Note: OnPage does not support custom tones in iPhone. It is only available on the Android platform
