Problem

No recieving any alerts on phone at all

Solution

Check the following to confirm your phone can access the internet

  1. Verify you have an internet connection and are logged into the app.
  2. Open a web Browser and perform a Web search and try opening the app again.
  3. Reinstall the app by deleting the app and downloading from the APP Store
