No recieving any alerts on phone at all
Solution
Check the following to confirm your phone can access the internet
- Verify you have an internet connection and are logged into the app.
- Open a web Browser and perform a Web search and try opening the app again.
- Reinstall the app by deleting the app and downloading from the APP Store
