On 11/11/2020 – We have released an improvement to our Handoff/On-Call reminders feature.

 If ‘Handoff’ is set to ‘NEVER’ by the enterprise administrator, Operators will not be able to set ‘On-Call’ reminders per contact or account.

 If an Admin is attempting to set an On-Call reminder for a contact, they will be prompted with ‘Your Enterprise "Handoff" setting is set to "NEVER send reminders. Change "Handoff" setting in the "Administration Tab" (Administrator Only).’

Administrator will need to update ‘Handoff’ by selecting a time to send reminders in order to set the ‘On-Call reminders’ per account or contact.
