Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Settings on the phone
  2. Click on Apps
  3. Click on All
  4. Google Play Store and select both Clear data and Clear cache
  5. Finally Uninstall Updates
  6. Restart your device
  7. Open Google Play Store and try to download the app again
