- The 50 most recent messages sent are displayed at the bottom of the console under Message Status. These messages are categorized by Created Time/Date, Subject, Recipients, Delivered Status, Read Status, Replied Status, Pager Off Status and Escalation.
- By Default the most recent messages will appear at the top of the message list. Older messages will appear on the following pages.
- The + sign at the right side of each message allows allows you to view that message in greater detail.
- Use the search bar above the table in order to find a specific message.
- Search by specific Dispatcher or All Dispatchers.
- Use Search to look for a specific messageby messages sent to specific groups or specific contacts.
- Search by messages sent in a specific date range.
