The OnPage app will lock out after 5 incorrect password entries. A pop up box will appear indicating “Account Blocked”. To unblock the account click on the Forgot password link. On the forgot password page enter either your OnPage ID or your email address and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. When the password is sent to you the account will be unblocked. Log into the OnPage app with your OnPage ID and the temporary password. You will be prompted to create a new permanent password.
