1-      Login the OnPage dispatcher console

2-      Click on the Contacts TabGo to the Schedules tab.

3-      Select the group

4-      Click on Group SchedulerCreate new schedule.

5-      Double click on the day that you wish to add an exception

6-      Select “Open this occurrence” and click Ok

Select the start and end days and times.

6. Check the Exception box.

7-      Make changes in the recipients’ field

8-      It is good practice to rename the exception and click update

The Exception will appear as a stripped schedule.
