How to set up IVR or phone call redundancy

Step-by-step guide

  1. Please contact OnPage support at support@onpagecorp.com and request to enable your enterprise with IVR or phone call capability.

  2. Add the contact mobile phone number to the user profile in OnPage. Add the country code at the beginning. For example, for the US and Canada, it is +1 then the number.

  3. Uncheck “Secured messaging

  4. Check “IVR

  5. Choose the time that a phone call should be placed by OnPage if the alert has not been acknowledged.
