I clicked on TELL in the OnPage iPhone/iPad application and I get an error ‘device cannot send emails.’

This is related to not having an email account setup on your device.

  1. Tap Settings from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Select Email.

3. Tap Accounts.

4. Select Add accounts.

5. Choose your email client from the listed provided or click Other.

6. If you selected other, please continue to steps 7 to 9

7. Tap Add Mail Account then enter your name, email address, password, and email account description.

8. Tap Next to continue then wait for Mail to find the email settings and finish the email account setup. 

9. Finally, tap Done to complete the account setup.
