1-      Login to the OnPage ConnectWise Integration Console

2-      Click on ‘ADD NEW TRIGGER’

3-      Provide a ‘Name’

4-      Select details such as

5.       Create a condition to trigger ‘New’ tickets. Select from the fields and values

6.      To trigger when the ticket is updated, create another condition using the ‘OR’ operator. To trigger when the ticket is updated, you must have a condition that equals the updated value.

For example, the ticket will be triggered when the status is ‘New’ at the professional board, and when the ticket is updated to ‘Closed’ an updated alert will be generated.
